Delivery options

• Local delivery within Imo State is available for a fee that depends on distance.
• Clients in Imo State may also choose pick-up at no extra cost.
• Worldwide shipping is available; shipping fees are charged separately and confirmed during communication.

• Typical production time is about 2 weeks from final confirmation and deposit.
• Please place your order early so there is enough time before your event or occasion.

• Payments are handled in USD.
• A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipping, or as agreed with Mr. Clemzy.
• Accepted methods: Bank or e-transfer · Money transfer services · PayPal.

• Clients provide their own measurements, and Mr. Clemzy confirms those measurements with you before production and payment.
• Adjustments after delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis. For distant clients, in-person alterations may not be possible, but Mr. Clemzy will discuss the best available solution with you.

How far in advance should I place my order?: Earlier is better — please allow at least the 2-week production window plus shipping time before your event.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?: Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping fees are confirmed during your conversation with Mr. Clemzy.
How are payments handled?: Payments are in USD as a deposit + balance, via bank or e-transfer, money transfer services, or PayPal.
How do I send my measurements?: Use the Measurement Request form on this site — it captures everything Mr. Clemzy needs.
Can adjustments be made after delivery?: Adjustments after delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis. For distant clients, in-person alterations may not be possible, but Mr. Clemzy will discuss the best available solution with you.
